DANIEL WICOM (b. say 1665), son of Captain Daniel Wicom and Mary Smith

SARAH HAZEN (1673–1706), daughter of Edward Hazen and Hannah Unknown

Daniel Wicom was born say 1665. He married Sarah Hazen on 27 June 1690 in Rowley, Essex county, Massachusetts. [1]

Sarah, the daughter of Edward and Hannah Hazen, was born on 22 August 1673 in Rowley. [1] She probably died in childbirth on 9 April 1706 and is buried in the Rowley Burial Ground. [2] The inscription on her gravestone says: [2]

SARAH THE WIFE OF DANIEL WICOM DIED APRIL ye 9th 1705 [6?] & IN Ye 33d YEAR OF HAR AGE.

Children of Daniel Wicom and Sarah Hazen:

i. Mary Wicom was born on 4 June 1691 in Rowley. [1] She apparently died young.

ii. Sarah Wicom was born on 27 July 1694 in Rowley. [1] She died on 8 October 1750 in Rowley. She married James Barker.

iii. Mary Wicom was born on 15 January 1696 in Rowley. [1] She married James Jarvis of Newbury on 3 July 1719 in Rowley. [1]

iv. Hannah Wicom was baptized on 12 March 1699 in Rowley. [1] She apparently died young.

v. Hephzibah Wicom was born on 22 April 1701 in Rowley. [1] She married Amos Stickney on 17 April 1722 in Rowley. [1]

vi. Hannah Wicom was born on 9 April 1706 in Rowley. [1]
