Unknown Sanborn (Samborne) (d.c. 1630)
Ann Bachiler (b.c. 1601), daughter of Reverend Stephen Bachiler
Unknown Sanborn died about 1630. [1]
Ann Bachiler was born about 1601. [2] She married first Unknown Sanborn by 1620. [2] She married second Henry Atkinson on 20 January 1631/2 in Strood, Kent. [2]
Ann apparently never came to New England. [1]
Ann's father mentioned his grandsons John, Stephen and William in a 20 April 1647 deed. [2]
Children of Unknown Sanborn and Ann Bachiler:
i. Lieutenant John Sanborn was born about 1620. He died on 20 October 1692. He married first Mary Tucke. He married second Margaret (Page) Moulton.
ii. William Sanborn was born about 1622. [3] He died on 13 November 1692 [3] He married Mary, the daughter of John Moulton of Hampton. [3]
William was a selectman in Hampton many years. [3] He was a soldier in King Philip's War.
iii. Stephen Sanborn was born abaout 1624. [4] He married Sarah Unknown. [4]
Stephen may have gone back to England. [4]
