JOHN PRINCE (d. 1690)

John Prince died on 15 February 1690 in Hingham. [1][2, 7 February 1689/90] He married Margaret ___. [2]
Margaret died on 28 March 1703 in Hingham. [2][3]
John settled in Hingham about 1646 or 1648. [2] He was a constable in 1674. [2]
John made his will on 11 June 1689 in Hingham. His widow Margaret Prince presented it on February 190/1. John mentioned his three daughters: Mary, wife of Joseph Jay, Sarah, wife of Thomas Sayer, and Deborah, wife of William King. [4]
Children of John and Margaret Prince:
i. Mary Prince was baptized on 29 July 1649. [5] She died on 23 June 1726 in Scituate. [5] She married Joseph Jay on 29 August 1667 in Hingham. [2][3][5] Ensign Joseph Joy was born on 1 April 1645 in Boston and died on 31 May 1697 in Hingham. [5]
Joseph was a carpenter and farmer and ensign of the military company in Hingham. [5]
ii. Sarah Prince was born on 22 February 1652 in Hingham. [2] She died on 21 May 1653 in Hingham. [5]
iii. Sarah Prince married Thomas Sayer on 1 November 1673 in Hingham. [2][3]
iv. Deborah Prince, was born on 26 August 1657 in Hingham. She was baptized on 23 August 1658 in Hingham. She married William King.
