Thomas was admitted an inhabitant of Eastham before 1675. [4]
The judge of probate noted on 13 October 1704 that although Thomas had died intestate about 26 years before, his estate was still not settled. His brother John was the administrator, but only an inventory had been taken and Thomas's children had complained that they still had not received their shares. He ordered the estate to be divided equally, except for the oldest receiving a double share. [5]
