STEPHEN SNOW (say 1636–1705), son of Nicholas Snow and Constance Hopkins

SUSANNA DEANE (d. by 1697), daughter of Stephen Deane and Elizabeth Ring

Stephen Snow was born say 1636. He died on 17 December 1705 in Eastham. [1] He married first Susanna Deane on 28 October 1663 in Eastham. [2] He married second Mary Bigford on 9 April 1701 in Eastham. [1][2] She died after 21 May 1706.

Susanna, the daughter of Stephen Deane, died after 8 May 1674 and probably after 1676, and before 2 April 1697. She married first Joseph Rogers.

Stephen is in the Eastham section of those admitted to freeman on the first Tuesday of June 1689. [3]

A deed acknowledged on 5 April 1669 refers to Susanna as the daughter of Stephen Deane and wife of Stephen Snow. [4]

On 8 May 1674 Thomas Rogers of Eastham, the heir of his deceased brother Joseph Rogers of Eastham, transferred to his "loveing sister" Susanna Snow, the late wife of his brother Joseph, and her husband Stephen Snow, all his right in his brother's estate. [4]

Stephen Smith of Eastham made his will on 2 April 1697. He left his two sons Micajah and Ebenezer his house and land in Eastham after his wife's decease and asked them to maintain their mother. He left Micajah the land in Harwich given to him by his father Nicholas Snow. He also mentions his daughter Mehitable and unnamed children. [5]
