Henry Blaisdell (1663– 1707/8), son of Henry Blaisdell and Mary Haddon

Henry Blaisdell was born on 28: 3m: 1663 in Salisbury. [1] He died between 27 October 1707 and 11 March 1707/8. He married first Mary Unknown. He married second Hannah (Rowell) Colby, the widow of Thomas Colby about 1691. [2] She died on 9 August 1707 in Amesbury. [3] Henry, Sr. married third Dorothy Martin on 27 October 1707 in Amesbury. [4] Dorothy was probably the daughter of Richard Martin and Mary Hoyt. [5] She married second Thomas Ayer on 7 March 1709/10 in Haverhill. [5]

Garrett Haddon left a bequest to his grandson Henry Blaisdell, Jr. in his will of 20 January 1686/7. [6]

Henry of Amesbury died intestate. His estate was probated on 11 March 1708. [7] On 3 May 1708 Dorothy Blaisdell, widow of Henry Blaisdell of Amesbury, signed an agreement with Henry's eldest son Henry. The agreement mentions John Blaisdell. [8]

Children of Henry Blaisdell and Mary Unknown:

i. Henry Blaisdell married Martha Bartlett of Salisbury on 20 June 1706 in Amesbury. [4]

Henry's brother John's birth record refers to John as the second son. [9]

ii. Mary Baisdell (possible daughter) married Samuel Clough on 12 December 1706 in Amesbury. [4]

iii. John Blaisdell was born on 4 February 1686/7 in Amesbury. He married Ebenezer Stevens.
