John Wiley was born say 1618, based on his marriage. He married Elizabeth Clough on 21 June 1644 in Watertown. [1]

Elizabeth Clough was born say 1621, based on her marriage. Elizabeth, the wife of John, died on 3 August 1662 in Reading. [2]

The John Wiley who settled in Watertown and the John Wiley who appeared in Reading between 1647 and 1649 appear to be the same person.

Elizabeth was on a list of peole who were church members in Reading between 29 September 1648 and 1649. [3]

Children of John Wiley and Elizabeth Clough:

i. John Wiley was born on 4 (11) 1645 in Watertown. [1] John, the son of John, died on 5 September 1672 in Reading. [2]

ii. Mary Wiley was born on 8 (12) 1647 in Watertown. [1]

iii. Elizabeth Wiley was born on 4 March 1649 in Reading. [2]

iv. Timothy Wiley was born on 24 April 1653 in Reading. [2] He died on 19 December 1728 in Reading. [2] He married Elizabeth Davis on 22 January 1678 in Reading. [2]

v. Susannah Wiley was born on 16 July 1655 in Reading. [2]

vi. Sarah Wiley was born on 4 February 1658 in Reading. She married Joshua Fletcher
