William and Mary Cooke are shadowy figures; apparently referred to solely as the parents of Mary, who had a brother Robert.

Children of William and Mary Cooke:

i. Mary Cooke was born in July 1676 in Scituate. She died in June 1703 in Scituate. She married Thomas Curtis.

Mary had a brother Robert Cooke. [1, 252]

ii. Robert Cooke married as her second husband Mary, the daughter of Edward Jenkins. [a] Mary married first Marmaduke Atkinson in 1670, but divorced him "being deserted" in 1674. [1, 296]
