RALPH SMITH


Ralph Smith (Smyth) of Hingham and Eastham was born about 1610. [NENS0] He had an unknown first wife who was probably the mother of his children. [NENS0] He married second Grace, the widow of Thomas Hatch. [NENS0]

Ralph drew a house lot on Bachelor (now Main) Street in Hingham in 1637. [NENS0]

Ralph was in Eastham in 1657. [NENS0]

Ralph was fined in 1662/3 for "striking thrusting over a boat." [NENS0]

Administration on the estate of Ralph Smith was granted to his widow Grace and his son Samuel on 27 October 1685. [NENS0]

Children of Ralph Smith:

i. Samuel Smith was baptized on 11 July 1641 in Hingham. He died on 22 March 1696/7 in Hingham. He married Mary Hopkins.
