THOMAS PAINE
MARY SNOW
Thomas was one of several exempted from a tax in Yarmouth on 17 June 1641. [PC01]
On 6 June 1643 Mr. Daniel Offley was ordered to compensate Thomas Paine of Yarmouth for summoning him to court and not entering an action. [PC02[
On 14 May 1648 Captain Miles Standish, who had been authorized by the court to put an end to disputes in Yarmouth, granted Thomas the first eight acres that had been given to him in the west field, which "he denied to lay down," and for the other 28 acres, he was to relinquish them to the common as had been agreed upon by the town. [PC03]
Thomas Payne was chosen constable in Eastham on 7 June 1653. [PC04]

i. Joseph Paine married Patience Sparrow.
ii. Elisha Paine married Rebecca Doane.
