    Presumably he is the William A. Chiswell whom Sarah Newton (Chiswell) White calls her nephew in her 16 Nov 1846 will. In a codicil dated 27 Jan 1858 she refers to Sarah Eleanor Chiswell, the daughter of William A. and Rachel Chiswell. [Ref]
