BENJAMIN WILSON (b.c. 1667)

ANN UNKNOWN (c. 1632–1692)

Benjamin Wilson probably died about 1667. He married Ann Unknown. [1]

Ann Unknown was born about 1632. She died on 21 July 1692, age near 60, in Charlestown. [2] She married second George Conoway on 3 April 1671 in Charlestown. [1][2]

Ann was a member of the First Church in Charlestown; her husband apparently was not.

Inventory was taken on Benjamin's estate on 9 January 1666[/7?]. [3]

Savage says he was a mariner; the court recorded that he died at sea when administration was granted to his widow Ann on 17 December 1677. [4]

Children of Benjamin and Ann Wilson:

i. Anna Wilson was born on 1 July 1655 in Charlestown. [2]

ii. Benjamin Wilson was born on 6 October 1657 in Charlestown. [2] He apparently died young.

iii. Benjamin Wilson was born on 4 June 1659 in Charlestown. [2] He apparently died young.

His birth record says his mother's name was Elizabeth, probably an error.

iv. Benjamin Wilson was born on 15 April 1664 in Charlestown. [2] He was baptized there on 1 May 1664. [5] He died there on 20 June 1664. [2]

v. Jeremiah Wilson was born on 26 October 1665 in Charlestown. He was baptized there on 22[!] October 1665. He died on 22 March 1743, age 76, in Bolton, Worcester County, Massachusetts. He married Hannah Unknown.

vi. Nathaniel Wilson (possible son) died in 1733. [1] He married Thankful Beamon (Beamont, Beaumont) on 27 September 1683 in Charlestown. [1][2] She is possibly the daughter of Gamaliel Beaman, born in 1663 in Lancaster. [6]
