MARY CRISPE (1638–aft. 1713), daughter Benjamin Crispe and Bridge Unknown
William Green died between 13 July and 27 October 1713. He married Mary Crispe by 1661. [1]
Mary, the daughter of Benjamin and Bridget Crispe, was born on 20 May 1638 in Watertown. [1]
William Green made his will on 13 July 1713; it was proved on 27 October 1713. He said he had already disposed of most of his estate. He left bequests to his wife Mary, his daughters Hannah Whitcomb, Mary Cady and Elizabeth Cady, and the children of his son John. He named his son Eleazar his sole executor. [2]
Children of William Green and Mary Crispe:
i. Mary Green was born on 21 May 1661 in Cambridge. [3] She married Daniel Cady on 6 July 1683 in Chelmsford. [4]
ii. William Green was born on 13 July 1665 in Groton. [4] William of Charlestown married Mary Brown (or Barron) on 20 June 1705 in Charlestown. [4]
iii. Anna Green was born on 12 May 1667 in Groton. [4]
iv. John Green was born in March 1669 in Groton. [4] He apparently died by 13 July 1713. John of Charlestown married Patience, the daughter of Samuel Davis, in January 1691(?) in Groton. [4]
v. Eleazar Green was born on 20 May 1672 in Groton. [4] He married Hannah (Anna) Tarbell on 8 March 1721/2 in Groton. [4]
vi. Elizabeth Green was born on 11 March 1680 in Groton. [4] She married ___ Cady.
vii. Hannah Green died on 28 January 1682 in Groton. [4]
viii. Hannah Green was born on 10 April 1683 in Groton. She died in 1761. She married Hezekiah Whitcomb.
